Little Fish Records has scored yet another Cleveland Classic with the release of this 3-CD Anthology by one of the most popular groups to come out of Cleveland during their era (1972-1975). Signed to Capitol Records in 1973, they released the LP "Rollin' in the Rockies" the following year, produced by Jimmy Fox of the James Gang, and developed a rabid following in the Midwest, gaining a reputation for an exciting and animated show.
The three disc boxed set contains all the recorded work of the band. It includes the first album on Capitol, "Rollin' in the Rockies", and the second record, the "Lost Album", which was never released and has never been heard until now! It also contains the demo that the band submitted to Capitol Records that got them their record contract. There are over 40 songs including a 16 song live recording taken from two performances at the Cleveland Agora. Also included are outtakes, alternative versions of songs, tow unfinished tunes, and a barbershop quartet novelty song. This limited edition collector's item also includes a special bonus collage of live action photos.

Here it is, MSB's 1984 locally released CD offering, Fourth And Ten. At the time, the lineup consisted of Michael Stanley, Bob Pelander, Danny Powers, Tommy Dobeck, Kevin Raleigh, and Michael Gismondi and this "wall-of-sound" live recording was recorded during a multiple-night stand at Northern Ohio's Blossom Music Center. Besides the eight original live cuts this re-release features five bonus cuts: the original writer's demos of four tunes that ended up on the MSB album and one never before heard tune of Michael's. "MSB-TV" contains The Michael Stanley Band's two television specials. "STAGEPASS", first aired in 1979 and contains interviews and live performances recorded at the legendary Cleveland Agora.
"MSB CONFIDENTIAL" was originally aired in 2001 and is a comprehensive look back at the band's career. Along with live performances and archival footage are extensive interviews with Michael Stanley, Bob Pelander, Tommy Dobeck, Kevn Raleigh, Michael Gismondi, Danny Powers, Jonah Koslen, Daniel Pecchio, Gary Markasy and others as they look back over MSB's long career.
